FAIRMONT HOTELS & RESORTS
We were asked by Fairmont and BarTech (the system hardware provider) to solve problems with their in-room program, namely frequent system misreads and front desk disputes resulting from poorly fit packages.

In addition to solving these issues, StonePoint studied the hotel guest profile as well as the property’s business and brand objectives which included the following:
• To increase in-room revenue while offering guests a premium product line
• To include organic products and locally sourced items where possible
• To create an environmental sustainability aspect to the program
• To increase the usage of their complimentary in-room coffee and tea program
• To create a keepsake that would remind guests of the unique character of the property

We subsequently customized a program which includes:
• An organic food product line packaged locally
• An award winning chocolate truffle collection from a Canadian chocolate company
• Recyclable packaging with environmentally friendly linseed oil inks and water based   aqueous coatings
• A Fairmont branded reusable tin for their complementary in-room coffee and tea service
• A plush toy depicting the property pet, Mavis

WORLD YOUTH DAY
StonePoint has just been awarded the exclusive bottled water rights to Toronto’s World Youth Day and has less than 5 months to prepare and execute its plan.  The task is to develop a proprietary bottled water package and to ensure that each of the 300,000 event participants have adequate supplies throughout their 7-day stay.
