James Borkowski
Since founding StonePoint in 1992, James Borkowski has been responsible for the organization, planning, implementation and control of operations. He currently oversees StonePoint’s corporate development and new business opportunities, including new product and brand development. He is the senior partner working in close connection with the international branding team.

Aubrey Ryals
Aubrey Ryals has over 40 years experience in the beverage industry. Widely recognized as a leader in the field, Mr. Ryals’ experience allows StonePoint to provide product development and comprehensive quality control programs in all beverage categories. Prior to joining StonePoint, Mr. Ryals worked for over 10 years as a consultant specializing in the technical and manufacturing areas of the flavour and beverage industries.

Frank Port
Frank Port, FCAM, joined the Board in 2005 after providing consulting services to StonePoint since 1998. Mr. Port is the President and CEO Seaport Communications, an integrated communications, corporate finance and public relations firm. Mr. Port's background also includes fourteen years experience in senior banking capacities with two of Canada's largest trust companies, Canada Trust and Montreal Trust as well as multiple public and private companies.

Robbie Sprules
Mr. Sprules is internationally known in the field of branding and has more than 32 years experience in national and international product brand development; intellectual property creation and management; applied research and international strategic counsel in business and visual solutions.  He holds a BAA in Design, an MA in Administration & Management, is a Practicing Professional Member of the IDSA (US), ACIDO, GDC, ARIDO and IIDA (NYC).
