James Borkowski – Chairman of Board and CEO
Since founding StonePoint in 1992, Mr. Borkowski has been responsible for the organization, planning, implementation and control of operations. He currently oversees StonePoint’s corporate development and new business opportunities, including new product and brand development. He is the senior partner working in close connection with the international branding team.
Patrick Bonney - CFO
Mr. Bonney has been a corporate financier for 20 years in North America, Europe and Asia with leading financial institutions including RBC and Deutsche Bank. A specialist in mergers and acquisitions, he has co-founded institutional private equity funds totaling half a billion dollars in committed equity capital. Mr. Bonney oversees the companies financial disclosure and directs new business development in Asia.
Bruce Leitch - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Leitch has extensive experience as an officer, director and principal of several public and private companies in the consumer products, technology and hospitality sectors. Mr. Leitch will oversee the Company's new hospitality projects and provide guidance regarding operations of the other business segments.
