Our programs enhance hotels with products that drive revenue and increase brand equity.

StonePoint customizes branded consumer products for sale in hotel rooms, through room service and in other retail locations. Especially in tough economic climates, our turnkey programs transform problematic categories and allow hotel clients to increase profitability while requiring fewer of their resources.

In September of 2009, StonePoint launched its upgraded in-room merchandising system for the hospitality industry. Version 2.0 contains innovative packaging options, upgraded food selections, Room Service Kits ordered through in-room menus, new technology products and numerous other product and service improvements. StonePoint has had a successful 12 month test market in approximately 3,500 rooms in key properties of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. and InterContinental Hotels. StonePoint is now receiving orders to install its systems into additional rooms of its existing properties and has been asked to present to additional properties within the same hotel chains.

Like all StonePoint offerings, our innovative products are backed by the best quality control program in the industry. We inspect every manufacturing partner and test every product extensively to ensure quality and safety. This service reduces client brand and reputational risk that might otherwise arise when working with a traditional vendor.

We leverage our infrastructure to provide these services economically. The human resource costs and required cross departmental collaboration make this undertaking challenging for most hotels to in-source. Areas of expertise include:

• Branding and Marketing
• Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance
• Accounting and Finance
• Product and Packaging Development
• Customer Service
• Logistics and Inventory Management
• Product Testing & Evaluation
• Global Sourcing
• Consumer and Market Research

Our programs enhance hotels with products that drive revenue and increase brand equity.
